It’s made by mixing the powder with a little warm water to make either a lighter coconut milk or a heavier and creamier coconut cream. Unlike most nut milk powders, this coconut milk powder is free from casein which is an ingredient that unfortunately often sneaks its way into so many milk powders on the market.

What about the additives?

In order for the coconut milk liquid to be made into a free flowing milk powder, it is necessary to add binding and stabilising agents.  There’s 2.5% tapioca maltodextrin  and 0.5% organic gum acacia (a natural gum harvested from the exterior of the Acacia tree and used as a natural stabiliser). Without these two additives, it would be impossible for the coconut milk to become a free-flowing powder and easily water soluble.
